President

A founding partner of Diversified Benefits Group LLC, Sharon L. McDermott, RHU specializes in employee benefits, human resources and all lines of insurance. Her experience also includes selling supplemental insurance for America’s leading provider, where she received many awards, including the President’s Award for her accomplishments.

Throughout her career, she has been involved in many local, state and national organizations, often in positions of leadership chairing boards and committees and earning many awards and distinctions. She attended the Nebraska Business School of Commerce, where she majored in business and accounting.
