Founding partner, Wayne McDermott, remains a driving force in the success of Diversified Benefits Group LLC. His areas of focus include group health insurance, long and short-term disability, life insurance and various forms of self-funded plans.

His career also includes experience as a top-performing sales agent for several of the country’s leading group insurance providers. Wayne served in the United States Navy and earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Nebraska – Omaha.
